Refund and Returns Policy

CTstar Digital Purchase and Refund Terms

Purchase of Digital Products

CTstar sells digital products only. These resources are created for spa professionals, wellness practitioners, and business owners and may include training programs, treatment design systems, wellness blueprints, client management tools, operational dashboards, and related professional resources.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and no physical returns apply.

By completing a purchase on CTstar, you agree that you are buying digital content subject to the terms of this policy.

When an Order Is Considered Delivered

A digital order is considered delivered once CTstar has made the purchased product available to you through any of its delivery methods. This may include download access, account access, email delivery, portal access, course access, or another digital fulfillment method used by CTstar.

Once access instructions, files, or product links have been provided, the order is treated as fulfilled, whether or not the customer chooses to download or use the product immediately.

Final Sale Basis

Because CTstar products are non-tangible digital resources that may be accessed shortly after payment, all purchases are generally final after delivery.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once access has been granted, the purchase is treated as completed and is not normally eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

This final sale approach applies because digital materials may be viewed, saved, copied, and used immediately after access is provided.

Limited Situations Where a Refund May Be Reviewed

Although purchases are generally final, CTstar may review a refund request in a narrow number of cases where there is a confirmed problem with the order.

A refund request may be considered if:

  • the product was not delivered or could not be accessed because of a verified technical issue on the CTstar side

  • the same product was charged more than once through a duplicate transaction

  • the delivered product is materially different from the product description shown on the website at the time of purchase

Where one of these situations is confirmed, CTstar may first choose a practical resolution such as restoring access, reissuing the product, correcting the delivery issue, or otherwise addressing the problem. A refund may be offered only where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved in another way.

Situations That Are Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, no longer needing the product, lack of use after purchase, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

Refunds will also not be provided where the customer failed to review the product page carefully, misunderstood the intended use of the product, lacked the knowledge required to apply the material, or expected a result or feature that was not clearly promised on the website.

Compatibility issues on the customer side, including problems related to personal software, devices, internet access, workflow preferences, or local technical setup, are also not refundable unless CTstar expressly stated support that the product does not in fact provide.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before completing checkout.

This includes reviewing the product description, intended purpose, included materials, access format, and any stated requirements. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, and internet connection are suitable for accessing and using the purchased content.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the available information and determined that the product is appropriate for their intended use.

Access and Technical Support

After a successful purchase, access is typically granted immediately or within a short period. If a customer experiences trouble accessing a purchased product, CTstar will make reasonable efforts to assist.

This may include reissuing access instructions, restoring account access, resending links, or providing another reasonable delivery method where appropriate. Access support is intended to complete or correct delivery and does not automatically create a right to a refund.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase from CTstar, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or internal business use, unless a different license is clearly stated for a specific product.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or any related intellectual property rights. All rights remain with CTstar or the relevant rights holder.

Restrictions on Sharing and Redistribution

CTstar products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, reproduced, republished, sublicensed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

This includes sharing files, forwarding access links, uploading materials to shared platforms, or making the product available to third parties beyond the scope of the license granted.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, and further action where necessary.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

CTstar products are intended to provide professional guidance, systems, frameworks, and tools. Results will depend on how the materials are implemented, the customer’s business context, market conditions, staff execution, and other outside factors.

For that reason, CTstar does not guarantee any specific business outcome, income result, operational improvement, client growth, or performance increase from the use of its products.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact CTstar first so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after product access has been granted or delivery has been completed, CTstar reserves the right to respond using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, delivery records, and access history.

Where a dispute is found to be inconsistent with completed digital delivery or otherwise abusive, CTstar may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.

Product Revisions and Policy Changes

CTstar may update, improve, replace, or discontinue products, access methods, or supporting materials over time. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, additional versions, or continued revisions.

CTstar may also revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, operations, legal requirements, or digital delivery practices. The current version posted on the website will apply from the time it is published.

By continuing to use the website and purchase products from CTstar, you accept the current version of this policy.
